Meghan is a mixed movement coach. She is E-RYT500, holds certificates in Pilates, Cycle, Strength, Sculpt and Somatic EMDR. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Meg works with a wide range of individuals with zero experience, seasoned movers and athletes.

Her passion is to bring mindful movement to all types and to create a safe space for them. Her intention is that you leave feeling empowered and accomplished and safe in your own body.
