Meg is a Certified Yoga instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. Her classes range from energizing vinyasa, which helps build strength and mindful movement, to restorative flows for when the nervous system needs to recharge.

Meg is certified in Ashtanga Yoga, The Barkan Method, and Hot 26.

Meg is also a certified Health Coach and experienced strength and cycling instructor. 

Her passion is to bring mindful movement to all bodies and to create a safe space for them. Her hope is that you feel welcome, and leave feeling empowered and accomplished with a strong sense of self-love.
